Robins Kaplan Expands Health Care Litigation Group

Robins Kaplan is pleased to announce that Partner Gregory Voshell has joined the firm’s New York office. An experienced health care litigator, Voshell represents payors in disputes over a wide range of issues, including fraud, breach of contract, kickbacks, improper billing, Medicare and Medicaid abuse, and other related matters.

Voshell’s arrival at Robins Kaplan is the latest development in the Health Care Litigation Group’s recent expansion. In October, the firm announced that Paul Weller, a health care industry veteran, joined the firm’s Health Care Litigation Group. Before joining Robins Kaplan, Weller held a number of senior litigation positions at leading managed care organizations, including head of litigation, head of provider litigation, as well as special counsel to a corporate ethics committee. Together, Weller and Voshell bring decades of managed care litigation experience to bear on behalf of managed care companies who have payment disputes or suffered losses due to the fraudulent behavior of health care providers or others.
