Experience
Morgia Holmes maintains a diverse complex business litigation and intellectual property practice, counseling clients in both high-value and mid-sized disputes. Morgia has represented clients in litigation matters involving financial and securities fraud, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement, among others. She has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings and in arbitration.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP, Morgia practiced law in California, where she gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including antitrust, insurance, toxic tort, and immigration.
