Caroline M. Moos
Caroline M. Moos
Associate
Experience
Caroline Moos has dedicated her legal career to serving as a fierce advocate for the underdog. In the Mass Torts Practice Group, she represents clients who have been harmed by pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices.
She looks forward to working with clients in all stages of litigation and helping them obtain favorable judgments to help them heal.
Caroline is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she served as president of the Student Bar Association, editor-in-chief of the Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice, and competed at the National Native American Law Student Association Moot Court Competition.
She was also chosen to be the Mitchell Hamline liaison to the Minnesota Women Lawyers Board of Directors and led the Legal Association of Women Students and Mitchell Hamline chapter of If/When/How (formerly Law Students for Reproductive Justice).
While attending law school, Caroline worked for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, appearing as a certified student attorney in over 1,200 Ramsey County District Court hearings, including several contested motions, evidentiary matters, and trials.
After law school, Caroline clerked for The Honorable Judge Lucinda E. Jesson at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. There, she researched and wrote on complex legal issues, ranging from civil litigation to criminal appeals.
