Practically overnight, the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent protective measures have required companies to pivot to remote-work models. Increased use, deployment, and reliance on software in the expanded work-from-home world creates new risk areas to consider for both software companies and their customers. In this webinar, IBSMA Director Steven Russman will moderate a discussion with Bryan Mechell and Ellen Levish, intellectual property and technology lawyers from Robins Kaplan LLP. Bryan and Ellen regularly represent emerging and established businesses involved in technology and license disputes and help them develop methods for auditing, managing, and enforcing license compliance. Together, we will examine the key issues software asset managers and software providers should consider now to proactively manage and protect their assets, as well as their company's ability to conduct business.

This complimentary webinar is open to all and questions are welcome. The session will be recorded for playback.
