On Thursday, April 28 Stacey Slaughter participated in a Zoom webinar hosted by the Minnesota Chapter Federal Bar Association on “Pre-Trial and Early Case Coordination.” Panelists discussed early case coordination strategies and the benefits and drawbacks of various procedures, including the recent trend of class action and mass action cases being filed in the same jurisdiction without triggering the MDL process.
