Kellie Lerner and Meegan Hollywood Named to the Crain’s Notable Women in Law List
December 20, 2021
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that partners Kellie Lerner and Meegan Hollywood have been named to Crain’s New York Business’ fifth annual “Notable Women in Law” list. The list honors “dedicated, gifted, and determined female lawyers” in New York, recognizing both their achievements in the legal profession and their contributions to their communities.
Kellie Lerner, Co-Chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, has two decades of experience litigating high stakes antitrust disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts throughout the country. Her practice includes identifying and initiating new antitrust actions at Robins Kaplan. In this capacity, she has initiated the first antitrust class action lawsuits in the country in dozens of cases that have resulted in billions of dollars in recoveries for victims of anti-competitive conduct. Lerner serves as an executive committee member and Chair of Diversity for the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section, Chair of the New York Women in Antitrust Group, and Co-Chair of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Litigation Affinity Group. She is also an officer of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL).
Meegan Hollywood, a partner in the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, has helped recover more than $1.5 billion for victims of anticompetitive conduct. Some of her notable work includes helping her team secure $1.2 billion in settlements in In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, the massive litigation against 32 global airlines. She is the pro bono chair for the New York Office, an advisory board member of the American Antitrust Institute, and Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section Global Private Litigation Committee.
