Robins Kaplan LLP Announces 2021 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow and Pathfinder

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Holly Dolejsi has been selected as a member of the 2021 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows—a program established to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. She is the eleventh Robins Kaplan attorney to participate in this program since its inception in 2011. Additionally, Michael Pacelli has been selected as a member of the 2021 class of Pathfinders, an LCLD program designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies.

“I am pleased that Holly and Michael have been selected to participate in these programs that celebrate diversity in the legal profession,” said Rita Holmes-Bobo, the firm’s Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. “They continue the tradition of Robins Kaplan attorneys who have been recognized for their leadership not only at our firm, but in the profession as a whole.”

Since joining Robins Kaplan, Holly has been involved in some of the most notable cases handled by firm’s Mass Tort group. She represents governments, as well as individuals harmed by medical devices or pharmaceuticals. In addition to her legal practice, Holly has been a longtime advocate for the advancement and support of female attorneys, consistently going above and beyond to promote the interests of Minnesota’s women attorney bar. Holly serves as the chair of the firm’s Women of Robins Kaplan (WoRK) committee, an organization dedicated to the advancement and retention of women attorneys within Robins Kaplan.

Michael Pacelli is a commercial litigator who represents both individuals and corporations in a wide range of legal disputes, including fraud, breach of contract, and consumer protection issues. He has found success in his legal practice through hard work, tenacity, and never taking “no” for an answer. Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Michael worked his way up from law clerk to legal assistant in a small plaintiffs firm in San Francisco. Michael obtained his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a Notes Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 290 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. The LCLD Fellows Program, which has trained more than a thousand mid-career attorneys since 2011, is one of LCLD’s most important initiatives.
