Experience
Since joining Robins Kaplan, Holly Dolejsi has been heavily involved in some of the most notable cases handled by firm’s Mass Tort group. Most often, she represents individuals harmed by medical devices or pharmaceuticals. A key to her effective advocacy is that she never lets the size of the case keep her from remembering the individual. Always foremost in her mind, each and every client benefits from her compassion, dedication, and legal skills. She listens, she empathizes, and uses her considerable talents to bring relief.
Her peers recognize her outstanding skills as well, often referring clients to her and choosing her to serve in major roles in big cases involving serious issues. Most often, she represents individuals harmed by medical devices or pharmaceuticals. She is also handling cases on behalf of dozens of Native American tribes for damages caused by the opioid epidemic, as well as the State of Minnesota in its case against JUUL for damages caused by the youth vaping epidemic in Minnesota.
These matters are complex, often high-profile cases that tread new ground. They demand an intelligent, focused, organized attorney driven by the desire to learn and grow. Holly brings those talents to Robins every day, along with empathy for the individuals involved and a passion to bring them relief.
Served on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee of the Invokana Multi-District litigation.
Represented clients in the New Jersey Multi-County Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Modular Hip Stem litigation, including two Plaintiffs who resolved their cases through the NJ Court’s bellwether mediation program. Assisted in developing a global settlement program for both the multi-county litigation and the federal multi-district litigation, a program valued at over $1 billion.
